Convert your Strava export to Markdown

Works with your full Strava bulk export .zip (activities.csv plus GPX/TCX/FIT files), or individual activity files. No Strava API access, no login โ€” just the export you already downloaded. Free-tier accounts work exactly the same as paid ones.

Your files never leave your device. Everything runs entirely in your browser โ€” nothing is uploaded, nothing is stored.

Step 1 ยท Do this once

Prepare your export

Turn the export you downloaded from Garmin or Strava into readable files. This is the slow part โ€” a big export can take a while โ€” so you only do it once, then keep the result.

Give it the whole thing โ€” the .zip you downloaded, an unzipped folder, or single files. Activity files (FIT, GPX, TCX) are opened up in full detail. Spreadsheets and data files (CSV, JSON) are passed through exactly as they are, so nothing gets lost.

Step 2 ยท Do this any time

Make a file for your AI

Choose the dates you care about and get one file to paste into ChatGPT, Claude, or any other chatbot. Want a different date range later? Just come back and do this step again.

Already prepared your export before? Start right here โ€” pick the files you saved from step 1. There's no need to do step 1 again unless you've downloaded a newer export.

Choose the files you saved in step 1 โ€” the .zip works as-is, no need to unzip it
